Slimeville is designed for children aged 3 to 12 years old, offering a safe and engaging experience tailored to this age range.
How many sessions do you run each day?
We run multiple sessions throughout the day, each lasting 90 minutes to ensure every guest enjoys a full Slimeville experience. Between each session, we allow 30 minutes for thorough cleaning and sanitising of all areas.
Our sessions begin at 10:00 AM, with the final session starting at 4:00 PM, helping us maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality environment for every visit.
Do you limit the number of guests per session?
Yes, we believe it’s not about quantity—it’s about quality. That’s why each session is limited to a set number of guests, ensuring a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe experience for everyone.
For our SEND sessions, we reduce capacity even further—typically to around half of our regular session size—to provide a more private, calm, and supportive environment for our special guests.

How do you maintain hygiene standards?
We take hygiene very seriously. All play areas and equipment are cleaned every 90 minutes, and our slime is regularly refreshed and replaced to ensure a safe and clean environment for all guests.
Is Slimeville wheelchair and pram friendly?
Absolutely! Our venues are wheelchair and pram friendly, making it easy and accessible for all families to enjoy their visit. We also have a pram parking space in both venues, one being bigger in Warrington.
Do you offer birthday party packages?

Do you offer SEND (SEN-friendly) sessions?
Yes, we offer dedicated SEND sessions every Wednesday and Thursday, providing a calmer and more comfortable environment for children with additional needs. Please contact us for your and your guests' special needs.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes, we have café areas in our venues offering a selection of cakes, desserts, snacks, slush drinks, and a variety of coffees for both children and adults to enjoy.
What is your refund, cancellation, and rebooking policy?
We understand plans can change. You can rebook your tickets 24 hrs before your visit. You can also get a full refund in case of cancellation 48 hrs prior to your visit. You can rebook your visit via the confirmation mail sent to you during your booking. For cancellations please contact us in advance.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes, our venues are located within walking distance of multiple parking areas, making your visit convenient and stress-free.
Are your staff trained to work with children?
Yes, all our staff are experienced and trained in working with children, ensuring a safe, friendly, and supportive environment at all times.

Yes! We have toy shops where you can purchase slime, toys, and plush-stuffed animals to take the fun home with you.
How do I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card by simply contacting us with your booking number. Our team will then help you redeem your gift card for session tickets or a variety of products available in our store. Each gift card is valid for 12 months
