General Booking and Attendance Rules

At Slimeville, we want every visit to be fun, safe, and hassle-free! Our Booking Policy ensures that you have all the important details before securing your spot in our gooey world of fun.

🔹 Supervision Rules: Every group must have at least one adult per five children to keep the slimy adventures safe and exciting!
🔹 Booking Basics: The minimum booking includes one adult and one child, but you can add extra kids or adults at checkout.
🔹 Health & Safety First: Let us know about any allergies, disabilities, or special requirements when booking so we can make sure everyone has a great experience.
🔹 Non-Refundable Tickets: Once booked, tickets cannot be refunded, but we do allow rescheduling before your original booking time via our website.
🔹 Waiver Required: All guests must complete a liability waiver before entering Slimeville.
🔹 Play Safe & Have Fun: No rough play, food, or drinks in play areas, and socks are required for both kids and adults!

Slimeville Booking & Waiver Policy

1. General Booking & Attendance Rules

  • Adult Supervision:

    • A minimum of one adult is required for every five children.

    • Adult supervision is mandatory at all times; children cannot be left unattended.

  • Booking Requirements:

    • The minimum booking option is one adult and one child.

    • Additional children and adults can be added during the booking process.

  • Waivers & Essential Information:

    • All guests must complete a waiver form before entry.

    • Any relevant health conditions, allergies, disabilities, or special needs must be disclosed during booking to ensure proper accommodations.

  • Refund & Reschedule Policy:

    • Tickets are non-refundable.

    • Guests can reschedule prior to their original booking time via our website.
       

2. Safety & Facility Rules

  • Health & Cleanliness:

    • Visitors must be free of illness to enter the facility.

    • Socks are required for both children and adults inside play areas.

    • No food, drinks, or gum are allowed inside the play zones.

  • Behavior Expectations:

    • No rough play, pushing, running, or shouting.

    • All equipment must be used as intended (e.g., no climbing up slides or hanging on netting).

  • Age Restrictions:

    • Certain activities may have age requirements (e.g., high-tech games or slime-making zones).

    • Toddler zones are restricted to children under three years old.

  • Personal Items & Attire:

    • No sharp objects, toys, or outside items are allowed in play areas.

    • Slimeville is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
       

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • Participation in Slimeville activities involves some risks, including:

    • Slipping, falling, minor injuries, allergic reactions, and other unforeseen incidents.

    • While staff will enforce safety measures, all participation is at the guest’s own risk.

  • By booking a ticket, all guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Slimeville is not liable for injuries, medical conditions, or accidents resulting from normal activity participation.
     

4. Photo & Video Release

  • Guests consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes.

  • Visitors who do not wish to be photographed must notify staff before entering.
     

5. Governing Law & Legal Compliance

  • By entering Slimeville, guests agree not to file lawsuits or claims against the facility for ordinary negligence.

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
     

6. Final Agreement

  • By booking and attending Slimeville, guests agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.

  • The facility reserves the right to update this policy at any time to ensure guest safety and compliance.
