We strive to provide an accessible experience so that every child and adult can enjoy our interactive games, sensory activities, and slime-making fun in a safe and comfortable environment.

Physical Accessibility

♿ Step-Free Access – Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including ramp access at the entrance and throughout the facility.
🚻 Accessible Toilets – We have wheelchair-accessible restrooms for guests who need them.
🛴 Mobility Scooter Parking – While mobility scooters cannot be used inside the venue, they can be safely parked at the entrance, and our staff is happy to assist with entry through our back café entrance if needed.

SEN & Sensory-Friendly Support

🧩 SEN Sessions – Every Wednesday at 12:00 PM, we run dedicated SEN sessions with reduced capacity, lower noise levels, and extra staff support for a calmer experience.
🌅 Quieter Visit Options – If you’re looking for a less busy time, our weekday 4:00 PM sessions tend to be quieter and may be a good alternative for children sensitive to crowds and noise.
🎧 Noise Sensitivity – While our venue is lively, we understand that some children may need ear defenders, and you’re welcome to bring your own to make their visit more comfortable.

Carers & Support
